The food and service is good when the right people are there. The delivery is good and nice setting on there inside.
I'm a fan of the Chicago style stromboli. Best boli I've had in Delaware over the last decade. My mom really likes the thin crust pan pizza they do. My only complaints are: 1) Ordering on DoorDash is crap shoot. The app might tell you 25-30 min. and you could wait a hour or more with no sense of where your driver is because Seasons uses its own drivers and doesn't send their location updates. 2) The stromboli is not ideally shaped. They do it as a turnover, like a semi-circle. Way too wide.
I ordered food from the Season's Pizza on Philadelphia Pike in North Wilmington. It's been there for a number of years, but I've been loath to order there because I've heard about so many awful experiences in the Newark Season's. After some encouragement and their daily pizza special of a medium two-topping pizza for $6.99, I finally tried it. On our first try this summer we got the daily pizza special I mentioned. Got the pizza home and of course the order was wrong. This was not a great introduction! We called the right away and the woman comped us our next order of the same price. Fine. We ordered a couple more times; salads were quite good and veggies were crispy and fresh. The Stromboli were hot, filling, and priced less than competitors'. The food tastes good and is generally pretty hot. There is a daily special of a medium two-topping pizza for $6.99, which is perfect for a smaller household or perhaps a single person who wants leftovers.
